Clinton pushes for votes one last time before the primary

To promote her campaign democratic candidate and Senator Hillary Clinton continued her promotional visit in Dallas with the hope to conquer Texas in today's elections.

More than four thousand people attended the rally at the Dallas Fair Park last Saturday, were Clinton attended the rally in company of United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Henry Cisneros and other democratic activists and politicians.

Senator Clinton, who arrived at the fair auditorium at 2:45 p.m. reviewed her proposals with a speech that lasted during 35 minutes.

Clinton recognized the importance of Texas in this historical presidential election that she said she hoped would get her back to the Whitehouse.

In addition, Clinton mentioned how she is planning to deal with hot topics such national security, terrorism, and war.

"Out there are terrorist that are figuring hot to kill, how to attack us, how to damage our nation. I will stop the war, but I will not stop protecting our nation," Clinton said. Also she mentioned that her rival Barak Obama rejected to debate national security issues with her.

Although Clinton is worried about national security, she reviewed her plans to improve the American economy.

Clinton said she will work hard to stop the raising prices of the gasoline that are hitting the wallets of the American citizens. She also addressed she would use money now allocated to the war for education.

"We are spending a lot of money per week in war. When the war gets over, I will invest that money in our schools, in our children, in making college affordable for parents that make more money and don't qualify for scholarships, but still cannot afford college costs," Clinton said.

Clinton, who mentioned she recently had met families that lacks of health insurance, said she will make all Americans to get full access to hospitals and medical attention.

"When we win the elections and we get back in business, I will make health insurance a reality to the Americans that lack medical insurance. I strongly believe everyone deserves full access to hospitals, medicines and health care," Clinton said.

But Clinton confirmed she is not only planning to fix American issues, but she is also worried about worldwide topics like global warming. She mentioned she is planning to create new jobs for people in the industry of ecology. In an effort to try and reduce contamination and bring jobs to people.
"We need a leader able to deal with world issues like global warming. I will be honored to be your president, but I need your cooperation to rebuild America, to reform this Country, to invest in the middle class economy. Anyone who knows me know can count with me," Clinton said at the end of her speech.

Campaign collaborator Elva Garcia talked to the crowd to support Clinton's campaign.

"We need a candidate with experience, it is time for a change," Garcia said.

Although a few thousands attended Clinton's rally, visitors from other states arrived to support Clinton's campaign.

Sixty-four travelers from Arkansas drove 5 hours to Dallas to show their support fro Clinton during this rally.

Some of them were teachers, doctors, small business owners, and they invested time and money to attend the campaign rally.

"Some of us have invested around $500.00 to $1,500.00 to get here, and we had accompanied Clinton on her visits to Iowa and some other states," Marie Ryan, a traveler from Arkansas said.

The caravans were included travelers from New York, the Carolinas and a high school senior from California.

Marci Riggs from Arkansas said "I like Senator Hillary Clinton because she is strong, she has been in the Whitehouse before, she has experience and passion, and I would travel more for her."

While the crowd was waiting to get in, the street singer Ricky Cabugos was singing a melody he wrote for this special event. "It's the first time I do this, but I trust my vote in Hillary Clinton because she is the best candidate," Cabugos said.

To entertain the 4000 Clinton followers, young mariachi singers Anthony and Sarah Garcia attended this rally to sing a variety of songs performed in English and Spanish.

Although they attended dome Democrat rallies in the past, they were not ready to commit their support to Clinton.

"We are here for entertainment, we respect other person decisions," Anthony Garcia said.
